These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile applications published by Mobinova ("we", "us", "our") and this website. By downloading or using our apps, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of our apps

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our apps on devices you own or control, in line with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service. You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute our apps, or use them for any unlawful purpose.

2. Your content

You are responsible for the files and content you open, create or share with our apps, and for making sure you have the right to use them. You keep all rights to your content.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions. Refunds are handled according to Google Play’s refund policy.

4. Advertising

Free versions of our apps may display ads provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or websites they link to.

5. Intellectual property

The apps, the Mobinova name, logo, design and code are owned by Mobinova and protected by applicable laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of these rights to you.

6. Disclaimer

Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the apps will be error-free or always available.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobinova is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of our apps.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our apps after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Privacy

Your use of our apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
